Return & Refund Policy

At Artful Stitches VA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because each item is custom-made with care, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at artfulstitchesva@gmail.com with the following:

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order number

Once verified, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund for the damaged item

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or design selection made during checkout

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for any approved return or replacement of a damaged item will be covered by us.
